Easy Mexican Cheese Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground beef- lean
- 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, cut up
- 1 can ( 10 oz ) Diced tomatoes with green chilies
- Nacho or tortilla chips
Instructions
- Brown beef in skillet, drain fat and set aside.
- In a saucepan melt cheese over low heat.
- Add tomatoes and the cooked beef.
- Cook and stir until beef is completely cooked through.
- Place in serving dish
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve warm with the chips
