Easy Mexican Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground beef- lean
  • 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, cut up
  • 1 can ( 10 oz ) Diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • Nacho or tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Brown beef in skillet, drain fat and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan melt cheese over low heat.
  3. Add tomatoes and the cooked beef.
  4. Cook and stir until beef is completely cooked through.
  5. Place in serving dish
  6. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
  7. Serve warm with the chips
