Summer Tomato Pasta
Ingredients
- 6 oz. angel hair pasta
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 medium tomatoes chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 cup white wine
- salt and pepper to taste
- parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta. Toss with teaspoon butter. Keep pasta warm in oven set on low.
- Heat chopped tomatoes, garlic, oregano, white wine over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to low. Simmer 3 minutes. Remove from the heat and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour tomato sauce over pasta and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
