Steak & Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1/2 pound Sirloin Steak
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Montreal Seasoning
  • 4 cups Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup Radishes halved

Instructions

  1. 1) In bowl, ombine first 6 ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. 2) Heat grill or grill pan. Rub both sides of sirloin steak with Montreal seasoning. Grill 8 minutes for medium-rare or to desired doneness, turning once. Let rest 5 minutes; thinly slice.
  3. 3) Arrange spinach, tomatoes and radishes on 2 plates. Top with steak. Drizzle with dressing before serving.
