Steak & Spinach
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Tomato Paste
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1/2 pound Sirloin Steak
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Montreal Seasoning
- 4 cups Baby Spinach
- 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1/2 cup Radishes halved
Instructions
- 1) In bowl, ombine first 6 ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- 2) Heat grill or grill pan. Rub both sides of sirloin steak with Montreal seasoning. Grill 8 minutes for medium-rare or to desired doneness, turning once. Let rest 5 minutes; thinly slice.
- 3) Arrange spinach, tomatoes and radishes on 2 plates. Top with steak. Drizzle with dressing before serving.
