Summer Coolness

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 stick Oleo softened
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Pecans finely chopped
  • 2 packages Pistachio Pudding
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese softened
  • 12 ounces Cool whip

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, oleo. sugar, and finely chopped nuts. Press in bottom of a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with pam and bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Mix 2 packages of pudding and 3 cups of milk. Refridgerate until the pudding sets up. When crust has cooled and the pudding mixture has set up, combine powdered sugar, 8oz cream cheese softened, and and 2 cups of the cool whip. Spread cream cheese mixture over the crust. Spread the pudding mixture over the cream cheese mixture and top with the remaining cool whip. Refridgerate until ready to serve.
  2. You can substitue the pistachio pudding with your favorite. Butterscotch or chocolate are also very good.
