Summer Salsa
Ingredients
- 4 large Tomato
- 2 Jalapeno peppers
- 1 bunch Sylantro
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 White onion
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- 1) In a large pot add your Oil, Tomatos, and Jalapenos and cook on high turning every 3 minites until slightly tender (Approx 5 min for the peppers and 10-15 min for the Tomatos)
- 2) In a food processor combine your Sylantro, Garlic, Salt and Onion. Process until ingredients are only slightly chunky.
- 3) Remove the Tomatos from the pot and cut them in half before placing them inthe food processor.
- 4) Process until you are pleased with the consistency
- 5) Chill for 4-6 hours
