Summer Fruits With Ricotta Dip Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 c ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c plain yogurt
- 1 tbls. honey
- 1 tea. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tea. cinnamon
- 4 c. fresh fruit, cut into chunks
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients except the fruit in a blender or food processor; puree until smooth. Pour into a bowl and refrigerate until serving time. Arrange the fruit decoratively around a large plate and place the dip in the center.
