Garden-Fresh Summer Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/2 c Fresh corn kernels
• 1/4 c Plus 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 lg Garlic minced
• 3 tb Fresh lime juice
• 1/2 c Green Onions Sliced
• 1 Jalapeno chile; minced
• 1/4 c Diced green bell pepper
• 1/2 ts Ground cumin
• 1/2 c Diced English hothouse;
• 1/4 c Fresh Cilantro chopped
• 2 c Diced tomatoes -; (about 3

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
