Summer Salad-California Style

Ingredients

  • 1/2 ts Dried basil; crushed or
  • 1 Garlic minced
  • 1/2 c Red onions; minced
  • 1 tb Minced fresh basil
  • 1/2 ts Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1/2 c Yellow bell peppers; seeded
  • 2 tb Bottled lemon juice
  • 2 cn White beans; (14-oz.)
  • Juice of 1 lemon or
  • 6 oz Canned solid white tuna;
  • 2 tb Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c Sun-dried tomatoes; drained

Instructions

  1. In medium glass bowl, combine all ingredients & gently mix to combine. Refrigerate at least four hours before serving. Serves 6. 147 calories per serving. 1 g fat. 8% of calories from fat.
