Summer Salad-California Style
Ingredients
- 1/2 ts Dried basil; crushed or
- 1 Garlic minced
- 1/2 c Red onions; minced
- 1 tb Minced fresh basil
- 1/2 ts Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1/2 c Yellow bell peppers; seeded
- 2 tb Bottled lemon juice
- 2 cn White beans; (14-oz.)
- Juice of 1 lemon or
- 6 oz Canned solid white tuna;
- 2 tb Chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 c Sun-dried tomatoes; drained
Instructions
- In medium glass bowl, combine all ingredients & gently mix to combine. Refrigerate at least four hours before serving. Serves 6. 147 calories per serving. 1 g fat. 8% of calories from fat.
