HENRY’S SUMMER HOLIDAY BBQ SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 2 44-oz bottles catsup
  • 1 pint Prepared mustard
  • 10 ounces Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar or raw honey
  • 1/4 cup Real Lemon Juice (up to 1/2 cup)
  • 1 -teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
  • 1/4 -cup Cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Jack Daniels whiskey
  • 1/2 cup Folgers instant coffee crystals
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary leaves crushed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 2 cloves garlic minced)
  • 2 teaspoons onion flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and slowly heat to bubbling. Will store up to 6 months in the refrigerator. Brush sauce on meat the last 5 to 10 minutes before coming off grill. Makes about 4 to 5 quarts.
