Stir Fry Pork Ribs with Broccoli and Carrots 萝卜西兰花炒排骨
Ingredients
- 250g pork/spare ribs (preferably parts with more fats)
- 50g broccoli, cut into florets
- 1/2 carrot, sliced thinly
- 5-6 pcs baby corn, cut into halves
- 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp dark soya sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- 80ml water
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Marinate porks/spare ribs for at least 2 hours.
- Air fry marinated pork/spare ribs at 180 degrees for 10 minutes before turning down to 160 degrees for another 20 minutes.
- Blanch broccoli and carrots in boiling water a little oil. Drain and set aside.
- Heat up pan with cooking oil and saute garlic till fragrant.
- Air in air fry pork ribs and seasonings. Mix well.
- Cover pan and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add thickening solution and allow sauce to thicken and reduced.
- Add baby corns.
- Followed by the broccoli and carrots. Stir fry to mix well.
- Finish off with shaoxing wine and off flame.
- Dish and serve hot immediately with rice or porridge.
